We recently asked our hairdressing social media fans what their #HairStylistProblems were. We found them so relatable we rounded up our favourites to share with you…

Hairstylist Problems

On nervous or fussy clients…

“Sometimes I wish could blindfold my client until I’m finished with their hair . It would make my job much easier.”

When work actually becomes home…

“I live at the salon more than I live in my house.”

On sussing that shade…

“I hate when I meet new females I immediately begin analysing their hair, deciding what colour they are in my head.”

On the ombre trend…

“Ombre has been a beautiful trend, but when the trend is over, I’m not going to miss all of that teasing and then all of that detangling.”

When your bra becomes a piggy bank…

“I love it when you get home from work, take off your bra and tips drop out that you forgot all about.”

When hairs get everywhere…

“There is nothing and I mean nothing, better than taking off hairy clothes at the end of the day.”

On mixing colour…

“Eeek! Eek! That moment when you think you accidently applied the wrong colour to your client but you really didn’t.”

On salon fatigue…

“When you get in your car after work and realise 20 minutes later you’re still sitting there zoned out having not moved because you’re so tired.”

On black…

“Maybe I’ll wear something green tonight? Nope scrap that! Everything I own is black.”

On where your parting sits…

“I’m never going to remember where you part your hair, get over it!”
