Arrange delivery to your local DPD Pickup Shop
This is great for mobile stylists and therapists on the go! Is it more convenient for you to collect your parcel from a local DPD Pickup shop at a time that’s best for you? If yes, you can use the DPD app to select a pickup shop that’s closest to your salon, your home or even on the way to your next client’s house. It’s the perfect way to ensure you receive your order whilst on the go.
They’ll let you know when they’re 30 minutes away
Don’t wait around for your delivery, DPD will make sure you can see where you are in the drivers schedule and they’ll let you know when they’re just 30 minutes away. No more waiting around!
Share your safe place
Your last appointment over ran, and you’re not going to be home in time for your delivery? Don’t worry!! We can try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you’re not in, or you can assign a ‘safe place’ (such as a porch, shed) where DPD can leave your parcel. DPD will follow your instructions every time.
If they missed you, they’ll come back
It’s not often you get a second chance, but with the Your DPD app, if they missed you the first time, they’ll come back again if they can see you’re in!* (*Apple device users must enable location settings in order for our driver to see if you’re back home).
