Take a turning at Junction 1 off the M53. Follow the signs for Birkenhead. Then take the first left exit at the roundabout.
from Ellesmere Port (and M56)
Take a turning at Junction 1 off the M53. Take the third exit off the roundabout.
Pass B&Q and Halfords on the left hand side. At this next roundabout take the second exit (the first is Tesco).
At the first set of traffic lights turn left and follow the road for a quarter of a mile to the entrance gates to the Business Park.
