TIGI Copyright Colour Creative is a permanent creme emulsion which will lighten up to four levels, darken, or change the tone of the hair. It is a complete intermixable hair colour collection, consisting of 46 shades that allow you to create a personalised formulation with endless opportunities, or simply disguise, blend or cover up to 100% of non-pigmented hair. Development time: 35 minutes.
