Appraise Liquid Tint Developer enhances the colour of eyelash tint being used, whilst ensuring long lasting colour results. Fuses colour pigment technology and Beeswax with a Rich cream base to penetrate deep into the hair shaft to provide radiant colour from root to tip.
Directions for use:
- Use only with Apraise Eyelash & Eyebrow tint
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops of the developer until a creamy paste is achieved
*For professional use only
*Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly if contact does occur
*Contains hydrogen peroxide (3%). Suitable gloves should be worn
