At the end of November, Salons Direct attended the prestigious ‘Social Buzz Awards’ at the Emirates Stadium, London. We are delighted to tell everyone that we have won the award for “Best Social Media Campaign in Business to Business Sector” for the second year running! We competed against Hewlett Packard, Royal Mail, Auchentoshan Whiskey and Borro to win!

The event was attended by many high profile digital agencies and companies including; Royal Mail Parlophone, Paddy Power, Tetley Tea, bmi, Halfords, Manchester United, The Met Office, Ikea, ASOS, Skype, The MOBO’s, Which?, O2 and Samsung, to name but a few.

The Social Buzz Awards, now in their 2nd year, celebrate and reward the very best in social media communications in the UK. They recognise the individuals or companies who are transforming the use of online to communicate with people in new and innovative ways.
