The oil is responsible for boosting the lift and keeping the lightener result predictable to achieve up to 9 levels of lift, quicker, with lower volume developers. The oil-base in the developer also offers optimal mixing and application due to its creamy consistency.
The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends, and has a maximum of 50 minutes development time. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder.
