Pulp Riot Faction8 Permanent Hair Color 57g

Faction8 is the only permanent colour offering the consistency created specifically for today’s techniques, with easy application, laser-focused placement and the ultimate, seamless blend.

This Italian made permanent colour is created for the modern hair artist and utilizes the newest technological advances in the hair colour.

It provides 100% grey coverage with long-lasting results, and leave the hair in peak condition thanks to its quinoa-based formula, a gluten-free seed packed with moisture and protein that has light bond-building properties.

The cool based formulations are perfectly calibrated to tackle the warmth colourists fight against every day, resulting in beautifully balanced results for the client.

HOW DO I USE IT?

Regular applications

In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part Faction8 colour to 1 part developer. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Process for 35 minutes. Rinse and shampoo well.

Grey Coverage

Faction8 offers 100% grey coverage with all colours. However, for optimal grey coverage on white or stubborn grey hair, we recommend mixing ¼ to ½ Natural (-0) series to your formulation. Use shades from the Double Natural (-00) series for intense grey coverage.

High Lifts

In a non-metallic mixing bowl. Mix 1 part High Lift colour to 2 parts Pulp Riot developer. Process for 45-55 minutes. High Lift colours are best on levels 5 and higher. We don’t recommend mixing high lift colours with other target shades.

Boosters

When adding a booster to your formula, you don’t need to add extra developer unless its more than 10g of booster that is being added. For example, if you used 60g of 6-0 and added 2g of -22 Booster, the developer amount would be 60g, not 62g.

Developers

Faction8 is designed to be used with Pulp Riot developers. It creates the perfect creamy consistency for best colour applications. It also helps maximise space because you are using the same developer for all Pulp Riot products that are mixed with developers.

            How to choose your developer

• 6vol Deposit only, demi-permanent
• 10vol Grey coverage, demi-permanent
• 20vol Grey coverage, up to 1 level lighter
• 30vol 2-3 levels lighter
• 40vol 3-4 levels lighter, 4.5 levels lighter with High Lifts

Creating Demi-Permanent

You can create more of a demi-permanent colour by changing the mixing ratio and processing time. For example, instead of mixing 1:1 you can mix 1:2 (one part Faction8 to two parts developer) and process for 15 minutes, instead of 35 minutes. This gives you, as the artist, an ever-larger palette to create with.
