How do I sign up to Pro Club?
Pro Club membership can only be purchased online at www.salonsdirect.com
To sign up to the pro club,
· log in to ‘My Account’ and purchase it in the ‘Pro Club’ tab, or
· add the Pro Club to your bag at the checkout, or
· purchase Pro Club here.
Pro Club membership delivery benefit is valid on the order you purchase it on and is active from the point of purchase.
What payment methods can be used to purchase a Pro Club Membership?
All debit/credit cards can be used to purchase Pro Club.
The Pro Club membership cannot be purchased using Klarna.
How do I renew my membership?
The Pro Club membership will auto renew at the end of your subscription.
Are there any delivery exclusions?
Pro Club Membership is available for delivery to Mainland UK addresses only.
This free delivery service in the following areas is currently unavailable: Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.
Salons Direct reserves the right to alter the delivery service at any time; in this case you will be offered an upgraded delivery service available at that time free of charge.
Pro Club membership can be used on either the UK Next Day, UK Standard, Click and Collect DPD Delivery options. You must place your order in accordance with Salon Directs Next Day, Standard, Click and Collect, 2man, DPD and ArrowXL services. It is your responsibility to select your preferred eligible delivery service. Express delivery may not always be automatically selected at checkout and so you should check and select your preferred delivery service.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro Club subscription within 14 days of subscribing by contacting Customer Service. A full refund of the subscription fee will be given if you have not made any purchases using Pro Club delivery through Salons Direct.
When cancelling your subscription, if you have already been billed for that period, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Cancellation on a monthly or yearly subscription will not stop your membership privileges mid-term. All points must be redeemed prior to the end of the subscription date or these will be lost.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 5% of your total order back in points.
Points – All Points will be rounded down. You must earn 500 points as a minimum before you can spend any points. All points will expire in a rolling 12 months from point of purchase per sale
