Pulp Riot toners should be mixed with a developer when working on lighter and finer hair.

PROGRESSIVE TONING – HOW TO USE

The mixing ratio is 1:2 - toner to developer. Mix with Pulp Riot 6 or 10 vol. To slow down the process or to give more control change the ratio to 1:3 by adding more developer. Make sure you shampoo fully and rinse after application.
