All Sibel training heads have had the following procedure - hair boiled in water for 6 hours then washed in clear water. Next it is placed in an acid bath for 5-20 minutes, then washed in sodium hydroxide to neutralise the acids. Afterwards, it is then washed in clear water and rinsed in a bath of peroxide with ammonia, and again washed in clear water. The hair is then shampooed, conditioned and air dried naturally. The Carla Training Head From Sibel is made from 100% human hair. Maximum density: 200-230 hair per square cm.
