Our Click & Collect service allows you to have your order delivered to a selected DPD Pickup store, giving you the choice to collect your order fromover 6,000 stores nationwide, at your convenience.
Standard Delivery
Within 2-3 working days* (Monday – Thursday before 6pm). Delivery costs £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50.
Next Day Delivery
Delivery on the following day* (Monday – Thursday before 5pm). Delivery costs £5.95 or £3.95on orders over £50*
Saturday Delivery
Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday to qualify for Saturday! Delivery cost from £5.95.

DPD PICKUP FAQ’S
DPD Pickup is a delivery service that allows you to collect your parcel from a chosen collection point.
There are over 6,000 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10-minute drive of 93% of the UK’s population.
A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID. You can also present any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents also containing your full name: utility/phone bill, council tax bill, wage slip, or bank statement. It is also recommended to have your email confirmation ready to hand.
Your parcel will stay in the chosen store for up to 7 days, so you can collect it at a time to suit yourself.
Customers will be notified via email when their package is available for collection at the selected DPD Pickup Point.
If a package is not collected from the Pickup Point location after 7 days, the items will be returned toSalons Direct.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the selected Pickup Point once an order is completed.
