How it works


Start your salon transformation with a free one-to-one consultation with our Salon Design Team. We'll take the time to understand your vision, style preferences, budget and business needs, to help bring your dream salon to life.

Book a consultation

Initial Consultation & Design Direction

  • A FREE one-to-one consultation with our salon design specialist to fully understand your vision. This can be in-person or over the phone.

  • Once you've discussed your vision with our team, we charge a fee of ÂŁ399 for your design concept, drawings and 3D design. This fee is refundable against a minimum order of ÂŁ3,000 of REM furniture (excluding VAT).

  • We’ll guide you through style, colour schemes and product options tailored to your vision.

  • We’ll talk through your budget, essentials, furniture options and overall vision, ensuring we're fully aligned before moving into detailed design work.

2D Layout Design

  • Your ideas are translated into a clear, professional 2D floor plan.

  • We focus on practical flow and functionality, not just aesthetics.

  • We'll calculate spacing between chairs, clear walkways, efficient backwash placement and staff work zones.

  • Revisions are included, we are happy to go over your plans…move furniture, adjust layouts until everything feels spot on and you're happy with the result.

3D Design

  • We'll create realistic 3D renders so you can visualise the finished space from multiple angles.

  • You’ll see furniture placement, lighting effects, textures and dĂ©cor exactly as they’ll appear in real life. For example: how feature walls catch the light, how mirrors and stations sit together, and how the space feels at different viewpoints.

Implementation & Delivery

  • We provide a complete design handover pack with plans, visuals, electrical & plumbing services and product specification details.

  • This can be passed directly to your fitter or contractor to follow with confidence.

  • If needed, we can also help with timelines, installation advice or recommending trusted suppliers.

  • Taking the stress out of the final stages and ensuring your salon is brought to life exactly as designed.
