Appraise Liquid Tint Developer enhances the colour of eyelash tint being used, whilst ensuring long lasting colour results. Fuses colour pigment technology and Beeswax with aĀ Rich cream base to penetrate deep into the hair shaft to provide radiant colour from root to tip.

Directions for use:

  • Use only with Apraise Eyelash & Eyebrow tint
  • Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops of the developer until a creamy paste is achieved

*Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly if contact does occur

*Contains hydrogen peroxide (3%). Suitable gloves should be worn
