Instructions:1. Prep & Sea Salt SoakRemove nail polish or soak off gel polish, add the Salt Soak to warm water and soak feet2. Moisture scrubApply Moisture scrub and gently massage onto feet and lower leg. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry with a towel.3. Mud Masque and prep of nails*Apply Mud Masque onto the feet and lower legs (plastic wrap if needed). Prepare the cuticles and toenails. Wash thoroughly with warm water and dry with a towel.4. Massage feet and lower legs**Perform massage on feet and lower legs. Using acetone wipe away any residue from the nails.5. ColourApply base coat, colour and top coat. Dry completely.*   Callus removal service may be added during Step 3**  Hot Stone massage or foot reflexology may be added to Step 4.

*Paraben-free is important because it is a petrochemical that is oestrogenic, carcinogenic, & allergenic. The European Union have recently banned the 5 main types of parabens used in cosmetics.*Triclosan-free is important because triclosan reacts with chlorine in tap water which then creates chloroform, a very toxic chemical which can cause cancer when the fumes are inhaled. The European and the FDA have restricted the usage of this chemical.
