Wella Professionals Shinefinity Activator Bottle 2% 60ml is designed to be mixed with Shinefinity Zero Lift Glazes. Specifically formulated pH buffer system that controls the pH throughout the colouring process. The ultra-natural blend has no animal derived ingredients and contains zero ammonia, silicones, alcohols, or direct dyes and applies as a no-drip gel cream with zero mess or damage to provide a healthy-looking, never artificial, shimmering results.
