As with all Willow E-file equipment, this machine must only be used by qualified nail technicians holding relevant E-file training qualifications.

Warranty & Servicing:

Your E-file comes with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing faults but it contains consumable parts so it will also need to be serviced regularly. If you use your machine most days, you will need to book it in for a service every 6 - 12 months. A service costs £22+VAT and will maximize the lifespan of your E-file machine.
