How did your salon begin?
It’s always been my dream to open a place of my own but as you get settled elsewhere that dream gets pushed aside. An opportunity came out of nowhere and at first I panicked but everything just fell together perfectly it was just a sign to go for it! . One by one my chairs got filled before we even opened, all the girls who work with me, we have all crossed paths working along side eachother in previous salons, training together & two of us even went through school together. That’s how the salon was born!
What was your initial inspiration for starting your salon?
For the design of my salon I visited the Salons Direct showroom, as I’d looked online and no where else gave me that luxury feel I was searching for. I had my mind set on The gold arch mirrors and wall lights for a luxurious home feel, that’s when I chose the Darcy chairs & backwash units to match perfectly! Everything else was build and designed around the Darcy furniture.
What are some of your favourite products and tools in your salon?
My favourite product range has to be the Color wow, I use them on every single client & my favourite combination is the XL bombshell mouse and raise the root for the ultimate voluminous blow

How do you stand out from your competitors?
The salon became successful from opening and I believe this is down to the amazing team we have made, using the best products & creating the most stunning transformations for all our clients. The salon is a relaxing space that feels like a treat on every appointment! Clients have all commented on how lovely & homely the salon feels from the furniture to the atmosphere you feel when you walk in.
What do you think makes a successful salon?
The industry is a competitive field now, I think what makes us stand out is our high standard of work . We have all had the best training and continue to put time into learning constantly so we can deliver the best possible work to our clients & keep up with growing trends . As a rent-a-chair salon we aim to still keep the professional environment to make us differ from the rest.
How do you keep up to date with the latest industry trends?

What advice would you give to others wanting to open a salon?
If anyone is looking into opening a salon my advice would always be to go for it! Don’t get me wrong it’s hard work and takes dedication but it’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make. Being your own boss is one thing but having your name above the door will always be my biggest achievement. What helped me was create something that I’ve looked for elsewhere and can’t find, what is it your missing from your current salon? Use that and create your perfect space.
What can we expect from your salon business in 2026 and beyond?
2026 is going to be our first full year in the salon, we aim to grow in both our clientele and socials to give you all a real insight into our team & salon life. We’re bringing new services, new products & new techniques This is just the start of Chloe Warriner Hairdressing & we can’t wait to welcome you all along!
