1. Design Brief & Initial Consultation

You’ll start with a personal consultation.

Contact us to book a meeting with one of our furniture experts, who will learn about your salon, your goals, and your design ideas.

If you want custom furniture, such as special colours, finishes, or embroidery, we also offer a professional salon planning service with REM.

We’ll arrange consultations and design planning so you get expert advice for your space and brand.

2. Planning & Design

Once we agree on your brief, our designers use special software to create detailed layouts and floor plans.

2D CAD Designs

Our 2D CAD layouts give you a clear, top-down view of your future salon. You can see where everything will go and make changes to the layout before you order anything.

2D CAD designs are charged at £200 + VAT, which is credited back on furniture orders over £3,000 ex VAT.

Immersive 3D CAD Designs

For a closer look, our 3D CAD visuals show your salon in detail. You can explore colours, textures, and finishes from every angle, so you feel sure about your choices before you order.

Our Salon Design Package, which includes both 2D and 3D visuals, is £395 + VAT, with full credit on orders over £3,000 ex VAT.

3. Order & Delivery

When you’re happy with the final designs, our team will help you order your furniture and schedule delivery to fit your project timeline.

A note on delivery timescales

Lotus by Salons Direct furniture can be delivered in as little as 2 working days.

REM, Takara Belmont, and Lemi ranges are delivered directly, with timescales typically starting from 4 weeks, depending on customisation options
