BlondorPlex Cream Toners come with integrated Plex, eliminating the need for Wellaplex No. 2, which saves around 15 minutes (including WellaPlex, rinse, and shampoo steps). These toners allow for quick application and rapid rinsing, making them energy, water, and time efficient. Moreover, they provide up to 90% less hair breakage, ensuring a safer and gentler toning process.
What developer strengths are recommended to be used with these toners?
To achieve speedy blonde toning with balanced results and minimal impact on natural hair, it’s recommended to use Welloxon Perfect 1.9% Pastel Developer. It effectively neutralises and maintains hair integrity.
For base breaking, additional neutralisation, and achieving more intense blonde tones with a gentle shift on the natural hair, Welloxon Perfect 4% Developer is a suitable choice.
